Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 red or green pepper,
- a piece of morcilla
- a piece of chorizo
- small tin of tomatoes
- 1 lb green beans
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 quartered potatoes
- salt
- pepper
- chickpeas
Method
Gently fry in olive oil 1 onion, 6 cloves garlic, 1 red or green pepper, a piece of morcilla and another of chorizo, then add a small tin of tomatoes, add 1 lb green beans, 1 teaspoon paprika, 2 quartered potatoes, salt and pepper and water to cover. Bring to the boil and simmer until vegetables are cooked. Finally add chick peas previously soaked in water the night before or ready to use chick peas in a jar. Simmer for another 10 minutes and ready to enjoy.
