Carrots are a great vegetable to roast, the slower and longer you roast them the sweeter they seem to get. Season it with a little paprika and serve it as a side to your main course or as a snack.
What? A torta de patata without egg you must be mad... well I might be but we still managed to make one and it's so convincing in colour and similar in texture that it would do a good job fooling you. This torta de patata is soft and smooth and very much like the original considering we've replaced the main ingredient.
Discovering Polish dumplings has been a revelation! I have loved the fact that pierogis have so many variations, from savoury and soft to crunchy, creamy and believe it or not even sweet ones! WHAT!
