Ingredients

Syrup

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • Shot of Anis

Torrijas

  • sliced bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pint milk
  • cinnamon

Method

1, First make the syrup by warming your water and dissolving the sugar and Anis.

2, Dip bread in milk, then in beaten eggs and fry.

3, When you’ve finish you dip them in the syrup and add some cinnamon. Enjoy!
