Carrot soup


  • 1kg Carrots
  • 1 onion med size
  • 2 chicken cubes
  • 2 large potatoes
  • Pinch of ground pepper
  • 1 small tin Nestlé cream


1. Place all ingredients except cream in pressure cooker, add enough water to cover all. Once boiling cover and cook for 15 mins.

2. Once pressure is released take carrots etc out and pureé adding a little water (water you’ve used inside pressure cooker) add more water if too thick depending on how thick you like it, pour into the empty pressure cooker and add cream little by little, stirring all the time or else it becomes lumpy, taste and season to your liking.
