- 2 cups icing sugar
- 4 cups coconut
- 1 tin Condensed Milk
- And extra coconut to cover
1, Mix all together put in fridge for a couple of hours before splitting the mixture into thirds to add different colours.
2, Pour a teaspoon of the colouring into part of the coconut mixture and stir in to coat entirely.
3, Roll into balls and coat if desired with extra coconut.
