Pasta with Mackerel

  • Oil
  • Mackerel ( amounts depend on taste)
  • Pasta
  • 1 chopped Red Pepper
  • 1 chopped Green Pepper
  • 1 grated garlic clove
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 Tablespoon tomato puree
  • 1 glass wine
  • Salt and colouring


1, Fry peppers, onions and garlic until transparent. Add tomato puree fry and stir. Gradually add wine. Let it cook before liquidising.

2, Return to pan and add the pasta. Adding hot water if and when required. Cook until pasta is al dente.

3, FINALLY, add the tinned Mackerel and remove from heat.

Serve with grated cheese.
