Ingredients
- 1 kg Mussels
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- Parsley
- Butter
This dish doesn’t need much as mussels taste beautiful on their own but if you do want that little bit more flavour then why not try this?
1. Chop 3 garlic cloves quite finely along with a bunch of fresh parsley.
2. Simply rinse your mussels in water and place them in a large covered pan and heat on a low – medium heat, with the garlic, parsley and a knob of butter.
3. The mussels will release the water stored in their shells and cook in their own juice.
4. In total this should take about 10 – 15 minutes or once all your mussels have opened. Remember to stir occasionally.
