- 4 pieces white fish (14cm long)
- 4 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 teaspoonful red pepper paste
Rosemarie shows us there’s really nothing to this recipe.
1 Crush all your ingredients together, except for the fish, and turn this into a paste.
2 Heat a frying pan with a splash of oil and place the fish inside. Spread the paste on top and cook one side, after a few minutes flip, brushing with the paste as you cook.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
