- 200 ML Nata or creama de leche
- 200 G sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 380 G S/R Flour
1 Mix yolks with Nata (cream) adding the sugar and mixing well. Slowly add flour to the mixture and blend together.
2 Get a bowl with water and wet hands before forming into balls and flattening as the mixture is a bit sticky.
3 Once you have prepared the whole mixture into flattened balls, place these in the oven for 15 to 20 mins at 200C
4 Once cold add some icing sugar on top
1 With the 2 egg whites left I added the same amount of sugar and 1 tsp of corn flour.
2 Whisk until peaked and form into balls and bake in oven until golden brown at 200C
