- 4 eggs
- 1 tin of condensed milk
- 1 tin of water
- Caramel for the base
- 100g of ground almonds
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
2. Pour the caramel into the base of the mould, or dish your using,
3. Beat the eggs, then mix in the ground almonds and then add the condensed milk , and add the water.
4. Once is done, pour into the mould and cover with foil paper, so that it doesn’t get burned, and put it al Bain Marie. 5. Place in the oven for about 40 minutes.
