Ingredients
- 1 small double cream
- 1 large bar of chocolate
- 1 orange
Boil some water in a pan and place a large bowl over and melt your chocolate bain-marie style.
As your chocolate melts, in another large bowl pour your double cream and whisk until it just starts to peak any further and your moose will be too thick.
Squeeze half an orange and mix in with the cream and fold into,
By now your chocolate will have melted so pour it into the cream and again fold over gently so as to not lose the air in the cream.
Grate some chocolate over if desired
Pour into small bowls or wine glasses and place int he fridge for a couple hours
*for a more chocolatey taste melt in more chocolate*
