Roasted Red Peppers

  • Red peppers
  • Onion
  • salt
  • vinegar
  • oil


1. Oven roast your red peppers

2. Once nicely roasted wrap round a wet dish cloth for a while before peeling of the skin. Then cut them into strips.

3. Cut the onion into thin slices.

4. Place your peppers and onions in a bowl and dress with vinegar, salt and oil.

5. Preferably serve cold.

This recipe can also have roasted green peppers and / or roasted tomatoes.
