Ingredients
- 1 kilo chicken breasts diced
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt
- Pepper
- Pinch of Basil
- Pinch of Oregano
Method
1. Place all ingredients in a Tajine, mix thoroughly, place in oven at around 180C for 55 mins
2. Serve with rice or cous-cous
