Roast Beef

  • 1kg Beef
  • Mixed herb
  • Thick Salt
  • Fresh Chilli
  • olive oil
  • Fresh Parsley


1. Place your beef in the center of an oven dish and season.

2. Finely chop your parsley and chilli and spread over or beef with your mixed herbs. Drizzle some olive oil over and make a cut in the middle of the beef.

3. Cover your beef in foil and place in the oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour and a half.

4. Roast some potatoes and serve with gravy.
