Serves 2
Ingredients
- 12 Prawns
- 500 grs Clams
- 1 small diced green pepper
- 1 small diced red pepper
- 1 med onion finely chopped
- 3 sliced garlic cloves
- 4/5 squirts tabasco
- 1/2 cup passata
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper
- Chives
Method
1, Spray a large frying pan with oil. Gently sauté the peppers, onions and garlic.
2, After a couple of minutes, add the tomatoes stir and proceed to add the clams.
3, Gradually pour the wine and let it boil before adding the water, salt and pepper. Let it cook until the clams have opened before adding the prawns. Cook for a bit before transferring to your serving dish and sprinkle with chives.

I cannot find clams here in Germany, but I will try this when I am in Portugal, this sounds really nice indeed.
