Do you every have days when you feel like you want something light but satisfying? I mean a salad is always a good shout but when you’re just not feeling a salad…yeah, that was me the other day.
After searching through the fridge and cupboard I found a few ingredients lying around and so I decided to try out a new recipe I hadn’t made before.
Ingredients
- 230g Rolled Puff Pastry
- BBQ Sauce
- 150G Goat’s Cheese
- Spinach
- 4 – 5 Slices of Serrano Ham
Method

1, Lay your puff pastry flat on your counter or board and cover with a layer of bbq sauce.
2, Lay your serrano ham next over the sauce and place the spinach and chopped up goats cheese on top next.

3, When you finish, season with salt and pepper and roll, as you would a swiss roll. Transfer this onto greaseproof paper on a baking tray and place this in the oven. I didn’t have a fan oven at the time so I placed this at 200C for about 50 minutes, until golden. If you have a fan oven lower the heat slightly, this will bake faster.
