Ingredients
- 125g flaked smoked salmon
- 100g Peas
- 250g macaroni
- 20g Dolce Latte
- 90g Cheddar
- 90g Hard Edam
- Salt and pepper.
Béchamel
- 50g butter
- 50g plain flour
- 300ml single cream
- 300ml milk
- Handful grated cheese
Method
1. Boil macaroni for 7 mins in salted water. Drain.
2. Make the béchamel, add the handful cheese.
3. In a big bowl mix the pasta, béchamel, smoked salmon and peas.
4. Transfer into an oven dish and sprinkle the cheese on top. At 190 deg on the middle shelf, until cheese turns brown.
Can be served hot or cold
I personally prefer it warm.
