Rosquitas de Aguardiente


  • 1 cup dry Anis
  • 2 cups oil (vegetable or sunflower oil)
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • Self raising flour
  • castor sugar


Mix everything together to form a dough, roll out and make shape. In oven for 15 mins 200 c

When cool pass through Castor Sugar
