Honey Glazed Salmon Flakes in a creamy sauce


  • 1 packet salmon flakes
  • 1 onion,
  • knob of butter
  • 3 garlic cloves,
  • 1 glass white wine,
  • parsely,
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cream


1. Fry onion in a little olive oil and knob of butter, add chopped garlic and fry until soft.

2. 2 minutes later add a glass of wine, salmon flakes and set aside, then season and add 1 small tin cream to the mixture.

3. Boil spaghetti or tagliatelle and pour sauce over the pasta, sprinkle over with a bit of fresh parsley.
