Fresh Tuna Stew


  • 4 thickly cut Tuna steaks into chunks
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • small glass white wine
  • 2 skinned tomatoes
  • 1 tsp tomato pureee
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 tsp parpika
  • salt
  • pepper.


1. Fry chopped onion, then chopped garlic and chopped pepper. Add the tomatoes then the paprika and tomato puree.

2. Cut potatoes into chunks and add to the casserole. Add the wine and enough water (with a fish cube) to cover the potatoes.

3. Bring to the boil and simmer until almost ready, then finally add the tuna chunks and simmer for a few minutes until fish is ready.
