This summer why not try a different kind of burger at your bbq.
- 2 tins black beans (blended)
- Boiled brown brice
- Soy sauce
- Coriander leaves
- Salad Leaves
- Burger buns
Blend the black beans into a paste, boil a handful or so of brown rice. Mix the twi ingredients together with breadcrumbs and soy sauce, until you have a mouldable burger mixture.
Shape the mixture into burger patties and place on the bbq for 10 minutes, turning ever once in a while, until hot throughout and charred on the outside.
In the meantime prepare the vegetables and just serve your burgers.
