Healthy Jamon Serrano Omelette

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 tbsp spinach (pan fried with some garlic)
  • 1 slice Jamon Serrano (thinly sliced)
  • 1 slice lactose free cheese (roughly sliced)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

1. Pan fry the spinach with garlic and pour into beaten egg mixture in a bowl, mix in the sliced ham and cheese

2. Pour into small and deep oven dish

3. Cook at 200C for 15-20 minutes

I tried it, this is not euphemism, this es honestly the best thing i ever ate and want it to be my last meal. I put aluminum foil over the oven dish for the first 10 minutes so it would get crunchy but keep it’s creaminess. Also be careful that the garlic doesn’t burn, put it in the pan right before the spinach is ready.
