Ingredients
- 600gms mince meat
- Hand full of grated Edam cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 3 slices ham,
- 3 slices pork & ham,
- 10 green olives all chopped
- Fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons marjoram
- 2 eggs
- Salt & pepper
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 Beef Stock Cube
Method
1. Mix all ingredients together. If too sticky add more breadcrumbs.
2. Roll out onto a plate. Place in cooking dish and add water mixed with a beef stock cube; just enough water to cover half of the meat loaf only.
3. Cover and place in the oven at 190 degrees C for an hour or until cooked. I used the juice for the potatoes, adding gravy granules. Season to your liking
