Preparing a fish dish and need an accompaniment or looking for something to dip your chips in? Try our aioli sauce with paprika, adding a bit more depth to the sauce we’ve grown to love.
- 500ML Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Large Egg
- Rock Salt
- 1/2 Lemon (Juiced)
- Black Pepper
- 1 Large Garlic Clove
- 1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- Fresh Parsley
In a food processor or blender begin by blending the garlic, then the egg, slowly pouring in the oil bit by bit. You’ll see the mixture changing colour and consistency, thickening as you blend.
Once thicker, add the lemon juice and other ingredients, continuing to slowly blend together until you have a smooth mixture.
Taste and season with a pinch of crushed rock salt if required.
