Ensalada de Caballa – Mackerel Salad

  • 2 Large Potatoes
  • 6 Chives Or 1 Onion
  • 2 Or 3 Tins Of Mackerel
  • Lemon Juice
  • 1 Or 2 Boiled Eggs
  • Oil

1. Dice 2 large potatoes into decent sized pieces and boil in large pan with salt.

2. In a smaller pan boil your eggs.

3. Grab a large bowl and add your chives or onions (not both), two or three tins of mackerel, chopped up boiled eggs, oil and lemon juice.

4. Toss your salad and serve.
