Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke (drained and chopped)
- 300 GÂ spinach (drained)
- 5 eggs whisked
- 100 G cheddar cheese
- 50 G hard cheese Edam
- 150 ml double cream
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
- pepper
- 50 ml milk
Method
1. Rinse, drain and chop up the artichoke and spinach.
2. Mix everything together in a large bowl.
3. Pour into small moulds, drizzling  a little oil in the dish first to avoid it sticking.
4. Place in the oven at 200C for 20 minutes
