Ingredients
- 20 Prawns
- 6 or 7 garlic cloves
- olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- white wine
- 2 tablespoons tomate frito
- parsley
Method
Fry 6 or 7 cloves garlic in olive oil, add 1 teaspoon chilli powder, a little white wine, 2 tablespoons tomate frito, parsley and cook prawns for a minute or two.
