Ingredients
- 1 chicken cut into pieces
- 2 small pkts roasted almonds
- 4/5 prunes
- 3 tsp pinchitos spices (Moroccan spices)
- 6 sliced onions
- Flour, salt,
- 6 peppercorns
- Moroccan Oil
- Pine nuts
Coat the pieces of chicken with the flour and fry to seal all the flavours and put aside. In that same oil fry the onions, then add the almonds,pine nuts and prunes after the spices, salt and peppercorn and cook for a while, return the chicken pieces and pour hot water to cover, cook until chicken is tender.
Serve with boiled rice
