Chocolate Delight

  • Eight digestive biscuits crushed
  • 10 ozs butter
  • Half a jar chocolate spread (I used morrisons)
  • 200ml whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoonful chocolate powder

Melt butter and mix crushed biscuits, press biscuits bottom of dish and keep in the fridge for a while. Heat the chocolate spread and make it softer and easy to spread. Spread on top of the biscuit base. Whip your cream and spread on top of the chocolate spread making a pattern with a fork and sprinkle the chocolate powder.

Back to the fridge until just before serving.
