- Beef in pieces either Diced or strips
- 3 or 4 medium Mushrooms
- 1 medium to large onion
- 1 tub of fresh cream (double cream)
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
Cut the onions into thin strips and fry in a little oil in a gentle heat
Cut the mushrooms into slices and add and fry together until golden brown and soft
Add the meat to the pan and cook, don’t forget to salt and pepper it to taste.
Follow by adding 1 tea spoon of Dijon mustard and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce more or less 1 to 2 tablespoon full approximately
Add fresh cream and stir
If desired pour in a tot of brandy.
Cook for approximately 15 mins in a low heat, make sure the cream doesn’t dry up.
You can serve with boiled white rice
