Yemitas de Huevos


  • 6 egg Yolks
  • 100g sugar
  • 70 mls water


1. Separate your egg yolks into a bowl and beat together. Boil sugar and water in a pan until it’s syrupy. Add the egg yolks slowly stirring all the time until it thickens.

2. Remove from heat and let it cool down for 15mins.

3. Then you shape them into balls and pass them through icing sugar and put them into cake cases enjoy!
