Ingredients
- 1 zucchini sliced
- 1 aubergine sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1 chicken cube
- Squirt olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 ladle white wine
- 2 eggs
Method
Oven at 200
1. Oven proof dish
First layer aubergine
Second layer zucchini
Third layer onion
Fourth layer tomato
Crumble the cube, squirt with the oil, salt, pepper and finally the wine.
2. Into the oven until veggies are tender and crisp at the top. Crack the eggs on top and back to the oven, until egg sets.
