Ingredients
- 2 large Potatoes
- Butter
- A splash of Milk
- 250g Minced Meat
- 1 Onion
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Leek
- 1 beef Stock cube
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Cheese
1. Boil the potatoes; once boiled, add butter and milk and mash until lovely and smooth.
2. Melt the butter and lightly fry chopped onions, garlic, finely sliced carrot and leek. When soft, add your minced meat along with a sprinkle of beef stock and season with salt and pepper.
3. In a small oven dish lay the meat mixture and cover with the mashed potatoes.
4. Grate your cheese and sprinkle over the mashed potato. Grill until cheese is golden.
