Easy Tasty Lasagne

  • 1oz / 28g butter
  • 1oz / 28g flour
  • 16 oz / 473ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Lasgna sheets
  • oil
  • 1 med onion finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 glass wine
  • salt – pepper
  • grated cheese
  • 1 pkt Passata

1. Begin with the white sauce,

2. Melt the butter, add the flour and stir, then slowly add the milk, and sprinkle over with a bit of salt and pepper. Stir until thick. Cheese can also be added.

3. For the rest of the lasagne begin by, lightly frying onion and garlic, then adding passata. Stir and cook for a while, then add the meat, stir, add the wine and salt and pepper and cook until meat is tender.

4. Add boiling water if sauce is too thick.

5. You will now construct your lasagne:

In a med oven dish
1. Start with some béchamel (white sauce)
2. Cover with lasagne sheets
3. Spread some more béchamel
4. Spread 1/2 of the meat mixture
5. Cover with lasagne sheets
6. Béchamel
7. The rest of meat mixture
8. Cover with grated cheese
9. Dab with butter and place it in oven at 170 degrees.
