- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 400 G Tin Chopped Tomatoes
- Half an Onion
- 4 Wraps
- Feta Cheese
- Fresh Spinach Leaves
- Salt and Pepper
- Hot sauce
1. Chop your onion and bell pepper and lightly fry in a large pan until soft. Once soft, add your chopped tomatoes and season with a little salt and pepper. Add a few drops of hot sauce for that extra kick.
2. Cut your wraps into quarters and either toast or grill until nice and toasted.
3. Once ready, place everything on your plate, spinach first, tomato mix over and covered with feta cheese. (As much as you would like to enjoy)
