Ingredients
- 500Grs Chickpeas
- 1 Cabbage
- 3 Carrots
- 2 Potatoes
- 200grs Pumpkin
- 1 Chorizo
- 1 Blackpudding
- 1 Piece Gammon
- 100grs Tocino
- 200grs Meat
- 100grs Chicken
- 3 Peppercorns
- 1 Bayleaf
- 3 Litres Water
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Tablespoonful Paprika
- 1 Teaspoonful Cumin
1. Put all the ingredients into the pressure cooker except the chorizo and black pudding and cook for about one hour.
2. Whilst that is cooking fry the onion etc and join the above once the meat is tender, also add the chorizo and black pudding and cook for a bit more.
3. Some cooks add pasta with the chorizo and black pudding and cook for a bit longer adding water if
required.
