Cheese and Bacon Muffins

  • 1 Pkt Bacon Cut Into Squares
  • 100grs Strong Grated Cheese
  • 175grs Self Raising Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 100grs Butter
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 Eggs

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

2. Fry the cubes of bacon and place to one side.

3. Grate the cheese and melt the butter in a pan, in a bowl mix together the eggs and milk, add flour, baking powder, salt and pepper and add the melted butter

4. Finally mix the bacon and cheese into your mixture and stir and into the muffins moulds.

5. Grate some more cheese on the top and place in the oven
