Crustless Quiche A La Bonavia


(For 4 x small tartlet size quiche or 1 x standard size quiche)

  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Emmental Cheese (I like this cheese for its binding properties)
    or 1 cup cheese mix of your choice
  • 1 cup of very small diced Jamon Serrano (you may also use diced bacon or diced cooked ham)
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • Oregano for topping (optional)


  • 4 x small tartlet containers (with removable bottom)
  • 1 x sheet of Baking Parchment paper to line the tartlet containers


1. Preheat your Oven to 190 degrees centigrade

2. Combine all ingredients into a mixing jug (leaving a bit of your cheese for topping)

3. Pour into the tartlet containers

4. Top with Cheese

5. Into the oven for around 20 – 25 minutes

Above ingredients will also make 1 x large quiche
