Ingredients
- 2 Entrecote Steaks
- 8 Slices Spanish Ham
- Slices Cheddar Cheese
- Slices Red Leicester
- Slices Goats Cheese
- Blue Cheese Optional
- 3 Beaten Eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt And Pepper
Method
1. Using a mullet flatten the steaks. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with 4 slices ham followed by slices of the different cheeses. Cover them with the remaining ham and ending with your other steak. Press down.
2. Dip in beaten eggs followed by the breadcrumbs, repeat again making sure the sides are sealed.
3. Heat oil before and proceed to fry. When both sides are of a golden colour . Place in a microwave resistent plate cover with a paper napkin and cook in the microwave for a couple of minutes.
4. Serve with veg or nice fry up of potatoes , onions and egg.
