- ½ Lb Boiled Potatoes
- 1/4 oz Butter
- 1 Teaspoonful Milk
- 1 Egg Separated
- Salt & Pepper
- Cold Meats Finely Chopped Or Tuna / Salmon (Optional)
1. Melt butter add milk and mash the boiled potatoes, season to taste add the egg yolk and (meats or fish optional)
2. Form into balls and coat with the beaten egg white and cover with breadcrumbs.
3. Fry until golden in hot oil.
