- I small packet digestive biscuits
- 2 oz melted butter
- 1 tub cream cheese
- 2 tubs Mascarpone Cheese
- 1 Turron Brando
1. Begin your base as you would for any other cheesecake. Mash up the biscuits and mix together with melted butter.
Press the mixture down into a tin and leave in the fridge whilst you make filling.
2. Then mix 1 Turron Brando with 2 tubs of Mascarpone Cheese put on top of biscuit and place in the fridge.
3. Add cream before serving and decorate with Turron or Almonds.
