- 3 large potatoes (cubed)
- 1 large tin tomato passata
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tins tuna.
1. Gently fry the cubed potatoes in the deep fryer until soft but not coloured.
2. Make a tomato sauce by frying the chopped garlic in olive oil and adding the tomato passata, 1 tsp sugar, salt and pepper.
3. When sauce is ready add the potatoes, mix well and finally the tuna and let it rest for about half an hour.
