Banana and Peach Crumble



  • 2 bananas
  • 2 peaches
  • 2Tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp golden syrup
  • a little lemon juice


  • 8ozs flour
  • 4 ozs margarine
  • 2 Tbsp sugar


1. Grease the baking dish, arrange the chopped fruits and sprinkle 2 of the 3 tablespoons brown sugar and a little lemon juice over it.

2. Now add the golden syrup (drizzled over the fruits) the tablespoon of brown sugar and finally the crumble mix.

3. Bake in oven at 180 until nice and brown, approx. 30 minutes.

Ana Maria Says, ” This was my first time with these fruits as I was getting tired of apple and cherry. Instead of using honey I substituted the honey with the golden syrup as I thought it might taste better and everyone loved it. Perhaps next time I shall try it with honey.”
