Ingredients
- 5 chunks fish diced about 1.5 inches
- 1/4 green pepper
- 1/4 orange pepper
- 1/4 yellow pepper
- 1/4 red pepper
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 2 tablespoons tomate frito
- 10-15 small pre-boiled potatoes (optional)
- 1 small sachet saffron
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbs garlic powder (or 2 finely chopped garlic cloves)
- 1 tbs ginger powder
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
1. Dice and place all the ingredients into a tagine and bake at 160 C for around 40-45 mins (depending on fish used) I used cod.
