Method
This burger is not for the faint hearted but if you are up for the challenge of enjoying such an epic burger then I applaud you.
1. In a large mixing bowl mix together the minced meat, garlic, and chopped up sun dried tomatoes.
2. Squeeze the mixture with your hands adding a little flour and water to combine everything together. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Grab a handful of your mixture and flatten together to produce a burger like shape, place your burger to one side, you should be able to create two or three large burgers or a few smaller ones.
4. Once you have your burger shapes ready place under your grill along with your Southern Fried Chicken Breasts for 15 minutes until cooked through.
5. Once the meat and chicken are thoroughly cooked through, in a medium sized frying pan, fry your chorizo slices, this should only take a minute or two to hat up and slightly crisp your Chorizo.
6. Do the same with your Chopped Onions until soft
Now for the fun part.
7. Now lay your burger as follows:
- Bun
- Mexican Cheese
- Salsa
- Spinach and leaves
- Chicken Breast
- Monterey Jack Cheese
- Salsa
- Burger
- Mexican cheese
- Chorizo
- Salami
- Onions
- Bun
Good Luck!
