- 4 thick slices meat
- 2 large carrots sliced
- 1 large potato sliced
- 1 large onion sliced
- 2 slices smoked bacon
- 2 Beef stock cubes
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
- Salt and pepper
- enough boiling water to cover ingredients
1. Chop all your ingredients and place into a pressure cooker, covering with water,
2. Bring to boil and cover cook for 30 mins or until meat is tender.
Serve with vegetables and/or mash potatoes.
