Ingredients
- Puff pastry
- Cabello de Angel
- 1 egg to glaze
- Castor sugar to decorate
Method
1. Roll the pastry into round shapes, add some cabello de Angel in the middle and fold the pastry over.
2. Place on a baking tray and brush with a beaten egg.
3. Oven for 10 to 15mins at 200c.
4. Once golden and puffed, remove from the oven, allowing to cool a bit and decorate with some castor sugar on top.
