Ingredients
- Salmon
- Honey
- Mexican Spices
- Green Beans
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
1. Brush salmon with honey and season with favourite spices ( I used Mexican Spices) salt and pepper, making a coat on the top of salmon pieces.
2. In a skillet over med heat place salmon skin side up, cook for a good 3 to 4 mins.
3. Carefully flip over to an ovenproof dish, cover with foil paper and place in the preheated oven at 160 for about 5 mins. Uncover and continue baking for another 5 mins. Salmon should flake to the touch.
4. Serve with vegetables (I selected green beans)
