Healthy Chicken Rolitos “A la Bonavia”

  • Chicken Fillets ( 1 per person )
  • Pesto Sauce
  • Red Pepper
  • Green Pepper
  • Spring Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Lee & Perrin’s Worcestershire Sauce

1. Flatten chicken in between cling film

2. Spread some Pesto Sauce on the Chicken Fillet

3. Add chopped Red Pepper, Green Pepper & Spring Onion

4. Add Salt & Pepper

5. Close up with a toothpick

6. Add 1 Tbsp Olive Oil to a None-Stick Pan

7. Add a dash of Lee & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

8. Add in the Chicken Rolitos turning frequently

9. Serve with whatever you wish, I served them with Fresh Slice Tomato & Sweetcorn
