Healthy Wok with a difference

  • 1/2 kilo largely diced cod
  • 1/2 kilo uncooked pealed prawns
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1/4 red pepper chopped
  • 1/4 yellow pepper chopped
  • 1/4 green pepper chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 large lemon
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp lee & perrins


1. Cook garlic and  peppers in wok on medium heat.

2. Season cod with salt & pepper and season prawns with salt & pepper

3. Once garlic is browning pour in the prawns and the lemon juice. When prawns are starting to cook, carefully put in the cod and stir gently

4. Pour in the sauces and continue cooking for around 10 minutes stirring gently and occasionally

5. You may serve with rice or noodles or its equally delicious on its own and cuts down on the calorie count
